    <content type="html">I have received my author's copies of &lt;i&gt;When Will You Rise&lt;/i&gt;, and they are gorgeous.  So it's time for one more giveaway.  (Not saying this is definitely the last, just that it might be.)  To enter...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Leave a comment on this entry.&lt;br /&gt;2. Identify your country.&lt;br /&gt;3.
