That is awesome, congratulations!

I'm definitely ordering this when I can work out just where to order it from (I'd rather use a local bookseller if I can, but will they carry it? I guess we'll see!).

Well, it's up on Amazon in the US, UK, and Canada. I don't know whether you'll have it in a local edition, but if you have a local bookseller who does special-order or imports, you should be able to get it through them.
