Dear RNG,

I acknowledge that you are random, and that I have just as equal odds of being selected as any other entrant. Assuming that the RNG is properly programmed and not weighted, of course. Also, it would be a great moment of spiffyness in a February that has lacked such moments.

I am not international, but I would pay postage anyway should I win.
