You get your magic for nothing, and your tricks for free: GIVEAWAY TIME!

We need something good right now, and that means it's time to GIVE STUFF AWAY. Specifically, it's time to give away a couple of ARCs of Magic For Nothing.

You in?

To ease us back into the normal swing of things, today we're going with a random number generator drawing. US-only unless you are able to pay postage. I'm really sorry about that, but having just paid a ridiculous amount in vet bills, I am really not in a position to pay to mail things internationally right now. To enter...

1. Comment on this entry.
2. Specify whether you are US or international and, if international, indicate willingness to pay postage.
3. Name one thing you're hoping to see in an upcoming InCryptid book.

I will draw three winners via random number generator on Monday, February 6th. Game on!

Entries which do not include all three components, and which do not specifically relate to the InCryptid series, are ineligible to win.

US commenter...

I love all things in the series but would really like more of Alex and Shelby. In the end, just MORE would be awesome.
Hello! I'm in the US and I want Antimony. I am seriously excited to see from her perspective.
I'm in the US, and I'm looking forward to more fun with Cryptid vision.
1. Hello!
2. I'm in the US.
3. I adore the Aeslin mice, so I'm on team "MORE MICE!".
Hello!! I'm in the US. I also love the mice!!
1. WOOHOO.
2. US.
3. More Grandma Alice.
Your stories have been one of the primary things getting me through the last few months. Thank you.

I'm in the US.

I'd love to hear more from Malena -- either in one of the novels or in a short story of her own.
US.

I'd like to see ki-rin.
I'm US.

I'd like to see another confrontation with The Covenant!
US here and I'd like to see all three siblings in one spot
Yes please!

Fresh liturgy from the mice.
So excited to read Antimony's story! I'm in the US. I'd really like to see more of Kevin and Evelyn's story, or a story that chronicles in detail the Covenant/Healy split.
1. Hi!
2. US
3. I'd love to see an even further generation of Prices, i.e. Verity's kids. :D
I'm in the US.

I always want to see Istas show up again, and wouldn't it be fascinating if she and Ryan manage to have kids.

Just one is hard. I want more of the academic point of view that Alex brings. Verity is fun, but Alex is an awesome perspective. (Though Antimony's perspective should be nifty too)
Commenting! US. More MICE! Thank you.
I'm excited by this ARC, a great fan of the series as is my wife. She's in hospital and could use something to cheer her up.

I'm international and willing to pay postage.

One more thing? Add me to the fans of the mice, but I'm hoping to see something I'd never expected, but which makes total sense in retrospect.

1. Hello! This is my comment!

2. I am in the US.

3. More with the Aeslin Mice! I know I'm not asking for anything new, or different, but they are the best. And more griffins!
Me please, o random number generator gods!
No need for international postage, I'm in the states.
I want to see Aeslin mice encounter karaoke. Or even better, have a festival celebrating that one time Alice (or any other Price) won the Epic Karaoke Battle Against the Dark-Voiced Demon of Denver. (Or whatever, you get the idea.)
I'm in the US :)

I love the insights into the cultures of intelligent cryptids, and also how individual members of intelligent cryptid types have adapted human cultural patterns. How culture is influenced by biology and by the environment, and how individuals adapt to cultures not their own, both fascinate me.
I'm a US commenter who is very excited to read the next InCryptid book! I had to think hard about something I want to see in an upcoming book, because you always surprise me with where you take the books and I love it! I would love to see more Alice, though, so I guess that's my suggestion. :)
Commenting!!
From the US
I'd love to see more of Antimony and her roller derby team!!
I'm Canadian, but willing to pay postage if I win.

What I'd like to see... Hmmm. How about Canadian cryptozoologists? We've had American and Australian, with notable cultural differences between them, and maybe English ones in the new book? So it would be interesting to see where Canada fits in.

Either that, or how the current US political situation impacts cryptids and cryptozoologists.
I live in the U.S.

And I'm desperate for more Sarah, and also learning more about how magic works in the Incryptid world.
US here! I want MOAR MICE!!! We didn't get a whole lot of them in the last book, IIRC.
