...a MYSTERY!

Welcome to the last of the Thirteen Days of Hogswatch. Each giveaway has different rules and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, I am avoiding the post office as much as possible until that other winter holiday is over).

The final giveaway is for a mystery prize. Everybody loves a mystery. This is going to be a random number drawing, because honestly, that is all I am managing to keep up with. So...

2. If you are international, indicate both this and your willingness to pay postage.
3. Tell me how good you've been this year, and why the RNG should favor you.
4. That's it.

I have been very good this year. I've done all my chores and ate all my veggies, and I'm a registered Republican but I voted for Hillary! I believe the RNG should favor me because I love kitties and frogs and snakes, and because I am your bestest fan!

The RNG should favor me because I have been a really good friend this year, or so my friends tell me. I also left an unhealthy relationship that turned abusive after I left and changed my phone number, thereby completely cutting myself off from my ex, so I did really heathy and good things from myself, too.

3. I have not been all that good this year. I've been, at best, wildly mediocre. And that is why the Random Number Generator should favor me. Because receiving one of your gifties would allow me to enjoy your cheer and then spread it to my friends through loans and recommendations and all the happiness a McGuire story/cd/t-shirt/poem would provide. All of us would be the better for it.

I have tried to be moderately good this year -- graduated college, continue in attempts to find a job, worked on getting a driver's license, rescued a cat to be fostered. I hope our lady of RNG will favor me for the hundreds of hours I have put myself in her hands and the many sacrifices of small many-sided dice I have given unto her name.

Oooooh! Mystery...
I am in US.
I have been good this year. I voted early for the most qualified person, didn't yell at anyone over thanksgiving, and supported a couple of children's cancer charities (MAAC Fund and St. Jude's-good causes if anyone's looking for one).
I also did not try to dampen my brother's joy when his team won the World Series even though I am a fan of their rival's. :) Happy Hogswatch!

I haven't really been good this year - I've tried, but oh man, this year has been supremely crappy and isn't yet done apparently. :P The RNG should favor me as it would be a happier positive point this year as opposed to the ugly dreck negativity that has been plaguing my friends, my family, and me all flippin' year long.

Please.

Mysteries are awesome.

I've been somewhat good. I voted for Hillary. I haven't punched anyone. I've held my tongue at work. I didn't seek revenge on people who probably deserve it. The RNG should totally favor me.

I've been pretty good this year. Still need to work on stuff, but I did pass my qualifying exams for my doctorate, propose/begin a new research project, help put on CrossingsCon, and moved into a better housing situation! And I got nasal splints out today and managed it with minimal whimpering!

A mystery would be delightful! I started a new job which moved me back north. Pays less, but got me out of a bad mental health situation, so I finally feel like I am managing my depression/anxiety. Finally got a diagnosis for my chronic hip pain, unfortunately the answer to the Elhers-Danlos appears to be more PT according to my doctor.

I ALSO ADOPTED THE BEST KITTEN IN THE WORLD. She turned two last week. She is the floofiest baby in all the land.

I have been good this year by continuing to advocate for the rights of others, even when it was really hard to fight the trolls. The RNG should favor me because when I play backgammon I always get the rolls I *really need* and this is the same thing, right?

I'm always in for a mystery!

I have done my best to stay positive while being a grad student and also tried to help other grad students thrive. Also I learned a little bit about how RNG work! (except mostly my professor hand waved and said, "Solved problem, just trust it")

Dear Seanan Claus,

I have been a good girl this year. I learned enough Turkish to say hello and thank you to the cats I met in Istanbul (almost all the humans knew English), and got my Halloween decorations up in enough time for the Great Pumpkin to find our home.

I wish the RNG could favor everyone, because so many of us have had a hard year, and the year to come looks harder still. But I know that if it did that, it wouldn't be random anymore.

I should be favored by the RNG because I haven't pirated any books, movies or tv shows; and I have donated in either deed or money (sometimes not a lot of money but still) to the charities and causes that I advocate for online. (I like to think it helps..)

I have been very good this year. Keeping my mind serene with dealing with my Mom and sister has been tough, but I have managed it. I gave out random bags of necessities to homeless people i have come across this year, and will do again as we get closer to Christmas. Ive been good, damnit....

I have been very good this year and i made over 700 phone bank calls and volunteered literally all election weekend and half on Monday and all of Tuesday for Hillary. Please, RNG, favor me with your graces.

I love surprises! And I've been very good this year- voted for Hillary, and given to charity, and I'm sending gingerbread out to friends and family, and I have given my cats love and pettings on demand and occasionally tuna fish. And I've refrained from saying I told you so several times, which really should qualify for some kind of award.

I've been good enough to get through getting married with wacky relatives abounding on all sides and practically worthy of deification for not decking my coworker for his mocking on November 9th. And the RNG should favor me because I've been diligent about my PT post-ACL replacement after waiting five years for the diagnosis.
