On the second day of Hogswatch, your Seanan gave away...

...a starter kit for my two longest-running series: signed copies of Rosemary and Rue and Discount Armageddon! Win them for yourself, for a friend, or for a local library!

Welcome to the second of the Thirteen Days of Hogswatch. I will be starting a new giveaway every day between now and December 13th. Each giveaway will have different rules and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, I am avoiding the post office as much as possible until that other winter holiday is over).

The second giveaway is for signed copies of Rosemary and Rue and Discount Armageddon, the first books in the Toby Daye and InCryptid series, respectively. This is going to be a random number drawing, because I am sleepy. So...

1. To enter, comment on this post.
2. If you are international, indicate both this and your willingness to pay postage.
3. Tell me which series you are more excited to start.
4. That's it.

I will choose the winner at 1PM PST on Friday, December 9th.

Game on!

ETA: This drawing is now CLOSED.

*crosses fingers* So far I only have read the Toby Daye series, but I'm looking forward to the Incryptids. Both would thrill me - I only have ebook copies of any of your books so far. I'd love to get a collection going!
I am most excited over InCryptid. I am already in love with Toby!

A friend of mine raves about these series.

I'm in Australia and would be very happy to pay for postage.
1) Commenting!
2) Not international, still willing to pay postage!
3) I have actually read all the books in both series (including rereading all of them this last September/October because yay. But I will be more excited to give away my unsigned, already owned copy of Discount Armageddon to my friend who is a competitive ballroom dancer and general spooky-chick who likes cryptids.
4) That's it!

I've actually got both series, but I have a sister who hasn't and NEEDS to!
As my copy of Rosemary and Rue went awol being loaned as a starter, October is a slight preference. Though having a hardcopy of Discount Armageddon would let me loan out that series as Kindle loans are tricky.
Comment on entry: I enter since it is always nice to get 1st books, so that I can get others h/o/o/k/e/d ... erm ... -started- on both series

Living in California ... which seems like another world, sometimes

Hugs and admiration that you are doing this!
I haven't read the incryptid series yet, but am looking forward to it!
Thank you. I've read all of the Rosemary and Rue series so I'm excited to start the Discount Armageddon series. If I am chosen, I'll be donating these books to my combined college campus and local community library.

awesome Seanan is awesome. I'm in the US

You know, I have already read these books myself, but when you mentioned "for a local library" my ears perked up. Can you believe the library system where I moved to DOESN'T HAVE ANY OF YOUR BOOKS?? (Well, okay, I lie -- they have a few Mira Grants, but I think even that is incomplete. Absolutely nothing under your usual name, though. I did submit them as suggestions, but I can understand budget issues -- and there are so many books, maybe they didn't know where to start either!)

HmmmMMMmmm... I'm not sure which series I'd be happier for the library to start acquiring, to be honest! I'm going to say Discount Armageddon, I guess...? I remember *I* was more excited about Discount Armageddon personally, just because the name was so unusual.

/livin' in the USA
I love both these series; can't decide! I do have multiple copies of both books, but want to addict a friend. :)
1. I think, therefore I comment?
2. I am not currently international, but life is fickle. If I become so, I'm willing to pay postage
3. I've read them both, but my mom has finished the last series I got her addicted to (The Dresden Files) and is hungry for more. I'll probably be starting her on Rosemary and Rue, because I like Toby and Co. sliiiiiiightly more than the Prices.
4. The end, for now. :-D
Huzzah!

I LOVE both of these series! If I won, I'd pass along my (well-worn) copies to my cousin. She NEEDS to read them. I'd be most excited for Rosemary and Rue. (Though the mice cannot be beat!)

Happy Hogswatch!

I am in the US, and I have already started both series, but InCryptid is nearer and dearer to my heart. It's just something about Verity and the dragon that hooked itself into my soul and refused to let go.

eta: good job self hitting post too soon. I was most excited for InCryptid, and the friend I will be giving them to, I think I'm most excited for her to read Rosemary and Rue. Toby Daye is right up her alley.
Commenting on this post! I've read both series, and I'd say Toby resonates with me more, but the Incryptid Series is some excellence, super smart - I read bits to my very young kids and between you and Harry Dresden we've all decided they should learn Parkour ("Parkour!") when they're old enough.
I *adore* October Daye, and I've read them all -- in Kindle form. I'm in the middle of catching up on Incryptid now -- also in Kindle form.

I'm excited to have a shot to win signed physical copies to display proudly on my bookshelves -- and start building my physical collection too :D
This sounds like a perfect kit for pushing both series.

Yay
While I love both series, I would be most excited to start Rosemary and Rue, because that's where I started to begin with and what a glorious ride it's been. I'm in the US.
I love both series and have read everything I can from them. If I had to choose though I would go with InCryptid - Verity, reptiles, MICE, it's got it all...
I've been wanting to read Toby Daye for years now and I adore Incryptid.

Ooh, ooh!

I have a signed Discount Armageddon, but not a Rosemary & Rue, and I'd really love one! I'm sure I can find a good home for the other. :) And I definitely think of the two series, it's nearly time to re-read the Toby books, as I know I've forgotten things over the years, sot that is the one I would (re)start first!
I am in the US and I am a voracious Toby reader, but haven't yet dived into the InCryptid series and I'd absolutely love to -- I want to find all the places your songs and your stories intersect and I suspect a lot of them are tucked into InCryptid.
I am most excited to start InCryptid, if only because I have already devoured Toby Daye (and my goal over the Christmas holiday is to re-read as many as I can fit in!)
