On the second day of Hogswatch, your Seanan gave away...

...a starter kit for my two longest-running series: signed copies of Rosemary and Rue and Discount Armageddon! Win them for yourself, for a friend, or for a local library!

Welcome to the second of the Thirteen Days of Hogswatch. I will be starting a new giveaway every day between now and December 13th. Each giveaway will have different rules and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, I am avoiding the post office as much as possible until that other winter holiday is over).

The second giveaway is for signed copies of Rosemary and Rue and Discount Armageddon, the first books in the Toby Daye and InCryptid series, respectively. This is going to be a random number drawing, because I am sleepy. So...

1. To enter, comment on this post.
2. If you are international, indicate both this and your willingness to pay postage.
3. Tell me which series you are more excited to start.
4. That's it.

I will choose the winner at 1PM PST on Friday, December 9th.

Game on!

ETA: This drawing is now CLOSED.

Well. Um. I've already read everything you've published (under both names). But I'm more excited to reread Discount Armageddon because I just reread the entire Toby series when Once Broken Faith came out.

I love Toby for so many reasons, but the InCryptid series makes me think I got my degree in the wrong field. Roller derby, bad-ass ballroom and Aeslin mice are just too fun to pass up. (My cat disagrees with me, due to her loyalties.)

I'm really excited about the Toby Daye series because it's an urban fantasy I've been wanting to read forever

1. This post.
2. Domesticated, if not entirely housebroken.
3. CHEAP DOOM.
4. That.
I've read both these books and LOVE them both SO MUCH, so if I win, I would donate them to our local library, which I know doesn't have them... yet!

As per your November 30 post: If you'd like to volunteer to pay international postage for a giveaway winner, please comment on that day's giveaway to indicate this. Make sure it's a first-level comment, and not a reply to a specific person.

I volunteer to pay international postage for the winner, regardless of location, for reasonable-speed shipping.

(I am not entering in the drawing with this comment.)

Commenting. In the US. At the moment I'm more excited to read the Incryptid books because that's the kind of humor I need right now.

1. Thank you for the chance to win.
2. Not international ;)
3. I love both series, though I am absolutely mad for Toby!
1) Commenting
2) USA
3) I want to induct more people into the Cult of Toby more than the Cult of Price, but not by much.
4) BOOKS!
Here I am commenting. I would love to start discount armaggedon because I have already read the first Toby book. I'm excited for the opportunity!

I've read all of both series on e-book, but I really don't trust Kindles to be around for the long term, and I've been thinking that I need to start collecting a few of my recent favorite series on paper. And while I like the InCryptid series, it's the Toby Daye books that are really one of those I want to have with me on paper so I can keep them always.

Oh - and I'm in the US.
I am not commenting to win. The offer stands to pay postage if an international winner cannot.
I'd have to start over both series again, but I'd love to get friends hooked on Incryptid. And Toby. Can't decide, love both series!!

Hail the Generous Creator of Absorbing Worlds!
I would love to start with Discount Armageddon.

I have already read the entire October Daye series!

(Hint: please write more!)

Oh, not commenting about postage cause I'm domestic.
I am international and more than happy to pay postage. I have been a fan of Toby since I got my Hugo package and am just waiting for an excuse to re-read the whole series.
No really.
1. This is a comment!
2. I'm in the US!
3. Rosemary and Rue!
4. Sweet!

I've read both, but this would make it much easier for me to shove October Daye into the faces of all my friends! I am excited for them to read it.

Ooh, definitely entering for this! I've already read a goodly sized portion of Toby's series so I'm very excited to tackle Incryptid
Not international.

I've read both series, I just don't have copies anymore at this time. I'd be more excited for Rosemary and Rue, because it's been a LONG time since I've had the chance to reread the early Toby books, and I very much want to!
I'm interested. I got a freebie copy of Rosemary and Rue at Worldcon a few years back, and wound up buying the whole rest of the series, so that freebie certainly had the effect DAW was hoping for. I haven't yet tried the InCryptid series, maybe a freebie here will do the same thing.
"Discount Armageddon" is my fave because I love both ballroom dancing and strong women with a sense of humor and a sense of responsibility. Also, with apologies, I don't really care for the Toby Daye series, as it always felt to me like she metaphorically won battles but invariably lost the war, if that makes sense.

Also: not international! :)
I would love to have a signed book either series, however to answer the question I will choose Discount Armageddon! Thanks!
I love both series but Toby and The Luidaeg have a very special place in my heart!! Rosemary and Rue is the start of such an amazing journey!!
Incryptid. Usually, I go for more whimsical-sounding titles.
I've already read the incryptid books, so I'm more excited by the prospect of reading about Toby for the first time
