MAGIC FOR NOTHING cover reveal!

Here we go again.

So it's no secret around here that I love, love, love my DAW covers, or that showing them off is one of my true pure joys in life. Aly Fell, the artist who does the art for the InCryptid books, has been hugely involved in setting the look of the series, and he just keeps on getting better. Want proof?

OH MY GOD YOU GUYS OH MY GOD IT'S THE COVER TO MAGIC FOR NOTHING AND IT'S GORGEOUS!

One of the best things about working with Aly is the way he always brings his artistic sensibilities to the table (and they are, after all, why we chose him), while still making the characters look different, vibrant, and alive. I am so excited to see Antimony like this. I can't wait for you to meet her.

Magic for Nothing will be released by DAW Books on March 7th, 2017. I could not be happier right now. What do you think?

My sister is going to scream and die. I've been trying to woo her over to the rest of your books, but she's already a hard core Incrypid fan... and an aerialist and aerial instructor and OMG, she's going to go nuts.

I will have to taunt her with this.

Antimony looks reckless and elegant and coolly willing to fight anyone who might deserve it but not see her coming. She looks like, well, like the narrator of a story I'd like to read. I am looking forward to this one. Big congratulations to you and your cover artist.

Well then-- what a happy thing to come onto LJ for. This cover looks amazing and Antimony is going to be such a wild ride, I can see. That is dynamite swinging from her toes and that's amazing. I can't wait to read this, I can't wait to have it in my hands and to hug and add to my collection. Thank you for giving us this treat!
