Welcome to the twelfth of the Thirteen Days of Hogswatch. I will be starting a new giveaway every day between now and December 13th (tomorrow). Each giveaway will have different rules, and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, avoiding the post office until that other winter holiday is over).

The twelfth giveaway is for a copy of Indexing: Reflections, the second outing for the ATI Management Bureau. This is going to be a random number drawing, because why mess with something that's working? So...

Tricky. If you'd asked me while I was reading the first half of Indexing I would have said Henry. If you'd asked me during the second half I would have said Sloane.

Now? Now I'm torn. Reflections is revealing some absolutely heartbreaking depths to Sloane's character, but I'm SO utterly fascinated by the whiteout wood and the monomyth and balancing between being a person and being a character and all that.

So Henry AND Sloane, and I really can't choose :(

Hallo! Not international, yes will pay postage anyways.

I can't actually follow the rules on this one properly, because while I have a copy of Indexing sitting on my desk at home, I haven't actually gotten a chance to read it yet (and therefore do not have a favourite member of the team yet). I predict I will like it --I have liked everything else of yours I've read (Toby Daye books, Newsflesh, Rolling in the Deep, Incryptid books), but I understand if you would rather this second book in the series go to someone who is already familiar with the series.

I hope this comment is more enlightening/flattering than frustrating!

Sloane is my favorite member of the team, yes, but I think my favorite non-member of the team was the Frog from Season 1.

...my headcanon involves the Frog being kidnapped by the Narrative from one of Ursula Vernon's canvases. It just makes sense.

NEW INDEXING I AM GLEE. (We can't yet get the ebooks in Oz so I'm looking forward to the print version anyways.)

International, can pay postage.

My favourite team member was Birdie for a fair while, until suddenly she wasn't any more. I would say that Demi would be next; I always love your whole ensembles, though.
