On the third day of Hogswatch, your Seanan gave away...

...a copy of Creature Feature!

Welcome to the third of the Thirteen Days of Hogswatch. I will be starting a new giveaway every day between now and December 13th. Each giveaway will have different rules, and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, avoiding the post office until that other winter holiday is over).

The third giveaway is for a copy of Creature Feature, my most recent album. This is going to be a random number drawing, because I just got home from the East Coast, and I'm tired. So...

1. To enter, comment on this post.
2. If you are international, indicate both this and your willingness to pay postage.
3. Name your favorite of my songs.
4. That's it.

I will choose the winner at 1PM PST on Thursday, December 10th.

Game on!

ETA: This drawing is now CLOSED.

Picking a favorite Seanan song is hard, not least because two of my very favorite sets of Seanan lyrics are as yet unrecorded (at least to my knowledge).

Notwithstanding the lack of audio, I have to vote for "When the Gods Dare to Believe". (I would include a link to the online songbook, but I have noted that in LJs of this degree of popularity, that very often gets the post containing the link marked as spam, and that would be frustrating.)

Meanwhile, still in Oregon, which has not yet seceded from the US. (Though there are still people down south muttering about creating the State of Jefferson....)

Yes, PLEASE! "Wicked Girls"! (I'm in the US.)
1. I would love a copy of the new album, but cannot afford one right now.
2. I am not internationally based.
3. My favorite song is "Wicked Girls."
4. That's it. (But "Modern Mystic" runs a close second, ever since I hear you sing it acapella.)

My favorite of your songs is "My Story Is Not Done." Congratulations again on your Pegasus win!
I would dearly love to have one of your albums. My favorite song is Wicked Girls -- okay, I'm only familiar with two of them, My Story Isn't Done being the other, and I love that too, but Wicked Girls is my favorite. And I live in the US.

No, seriously, Florida just seems like another country.
Aye, I'm in the US.

Think I'd go for A Mad Scientist Love Song.
tough question really.
big fight off between The True Story Here, Still Catch The Tide, and Earthquake Weather (with Writing Again, and Tanglewood Tree absent only on technicality of being covers and thus allowing me to thin the herd a little)

I think I'm gonna go with Earthquake Weather because that's the one that's currently on highest rotation

as always, happy to pay postage to australia
Domestic USA.

Today my favorite of your songs is "What a Woman's For" because my 2-year-old niece was trying to lip sync to it, and it was precious beyond words.
Here's my comment!
In the US here.
My favorite of your songs is Still Catch The Tide. It's the song that made me decide that all your albums need to be permanently on my gifts to eventually buy myself list.
I'm in Oregon

I love Wicked Girls, and My Story Is Not Done always makes me cry (two teen girls, what can I say) But the first song that pulled me in and convinced me you sing as well as you write is Jack's Place.
Free music sounds like fun. Thank you.
I am mighty partial to "Pretty Little Dead Girl."
I live in the US, and like so many other people, I have to go with Wicked Girls.

I'm in Germany and happy to pay postage.

I love "Mama said" (hope I got the title right? The awesome "Don't be chosen, make the choice to choose" song?). :-)

1. Comment!
2. International and happy to pay postage!
3. Follow me down - just drummy and dancy and alround good feeling!
"The Black Death": music helps facts stick; we need more sticky facts! Thank you!!
This comment exists for the sole purpose of entering the contest! :-)

Right now, my favorite Seanan song is "Vampire Slayer Blues" but that is subject to change.
Pretty little dead girl!
1. Done.
2. US-ian (Florida)
3. Ooo, tough choice. There are several I really, really like. I have a very soft spot for "Take Advantage of Me" because I stole the tune for a love song to my husband, or more accurately a tribute to our geeky relationship. ("With dice in your hand, to our circle you came ...") But I think I have to go with "Earthquake Weather": It was the first filk song--yours or otherwise--that really made me go "Wait, filk can sound like that? Sweet."
4. Okay!
I enjoy so many of your songs.

Today, my favorite would have to be "Last Call."
Always it will be "Pretty Little Dead Girl" because I love Rose Marshall in all her variations so, so much.
