Each giveaway will have different rules, and a different deadline, although all prizes will be mailed on December 30th, because I am bad at going to the post office (and also, avoiding the post office until that other winter holiday is over).

I'm in the US, would pay my own postage even though I'm not international, would pay you in catnip and candy corn (more on that at a later date) and would even come and pick it up (well, that's not gonna happen...)
