Quick, nonjudgmental question.

I'm putting together my giveaway schedule for August, and I have a lot of copies of The Winter Long. I also know that most of y'all have either a) bought that book, or b) not started the series. So here is my question:

Do we have enough people here who are caught up otherwise who still need a copy of The Winter Long? I don't want to send book eight to folks who've only read books one and two; that's counter-productive and really spoiler-y. At the same time, I want to make sure people with limited book budgets can still read A Red-Rose Chain when it comes out. Thus checking to see whether this would be a valid giveaway plan.

Caveat: I am still not up for international mailing. So this is really a question for my US readers.

Comment amnesty is on for this post. I just need data.

I'm caught up and have book money. :)
for me? it would give me incentive to get off my ass and get my hot little hands on the other ones. because yeah, i'm odd like that. :)
I could definitely use a copy, and haven't been able to get one yet.
I have the whole series on ebook but I would love to have hard copy too. I only have 2-3 in hard copy so far.
Totally caught up and appreciate the heck out of you. Kind of wondering if I should start collecting extra of the Toby's as lending copies. I already -have- lenders for the 'Newsflesh' trio. ^_^
I'm almost caught up but would go for one, because book funds are sometimes slippery.
I stalled after book 6 because of my book budget, but I want to keep reading! :)
Personally have it, but if someone wants to enter a contest for the book, why not? It certainly doesn't hurt anything.
It doesn't hurt anything except my time and my postage budget.

I live in a rural area; my house is full of books, but getting them out of my house costs time and money. So saying "if I did this for people a) who can't afford the book, and b) already have the first seven, would there be interest?" means "are there people who fit both these criteria?"

I'm not rich. I don't have a live-in PA who does all my mailing for me. There's just me, trying to balance everything and make the best of my limited postage budget. I apologize if I have ever given a different impression.
I have it, but I know my sister doesn't and her book budget for herself instead of her toddler is nonexistent.
I'm on pre-order for the next book already. And if I want any book of yours (have time to read it) I'm happy with your ending up with some of my money.
I'm caught up and plan on pre-ordering via Audible once my next credit hits.
Caught up and own digital editions of all of the things, if I decided that I wanted physical copies, my budget could support that option.
I would enter! I have ebooks but want to get all the paper copies too!
Hi! Read the whole series, but the book budget is reserved for the second grader who is so pleased about learning to read and have "MY OWN BOOKS"

Adults are allowed to cross the street without help, and are therefore relegated to the library.
I bought the ebook version, and I live in the U.S., and I'm all caught up. I would love a physical copy if after all of that I still count as a member of "enough people."
I did not get a copy of it, and am mostly caught up, although my copies are scattered.

That's the one where we find out that Han shot first, right?
I have not read A Winter Long yet, and I would LOVE a copy. I absolutely love it when I can get a signed copy, but no pressure if your hands are already overworked.
I have a special love for your giveaways because that's how I got my copy of Rosemary and Rue all those years ago. Instant fan won right there.
And yes, I live in the USA.
I am not yet to book 8, but since I fully intend to read them all, I'd just set it in my shelf until the proper time. It wouldn't be spoilery, because I'd wait to read it in order, and it would be helpful as far as book money goes, because I would have it when I get there.
personally, oddly enough, I have The Winter Long, but *not* Chimes at Midnight (because I'm far too broke to buy books new, and used book stores have... irregular supplies, naturally enough). Frustratingly, one of 2 books where I'm missing the next book in the series (relative to what I've last read), but not the one after the next book.

Hopefully, I'll be able to get what I do have signed at TusCon. And maybe I'll have found Chimes by then...
