The third parts the hardest. So many good characters to choose from! But I think I'm going to have to go with our friendly neighborhood sea witch. Because I love it when she skirts the edges of her restrictions in order to help Toby as much as possible. (And I'm just going to go with sea witch for now, because I'm almost positive I'll misspell her name if I try...)
