In which Seanan fusses.

I still have not received mailing addresses for...

desolate_noir
mage_cat

Now, normally, this would result in a "well, you can't get your prizes now," and me either drawing new winners or putting the ARCs back into the prize pool. But at least one of these winners has indicated in so many words that they have submitted their info, which my PA has not received.

So please, if either of you sees this...

1. Go to my website contact form: http://seananmcguire.com/contact.php
2. Fill it out, including an email address where I can reach you with questions.
3. Select "Seanan McGuire" as the destination.
4. Include your full mailing address and LJ name in the body.

I can't do another giveaway until I know that the contact form is not losing mail.

Thank you.

If it's useful information, I use Chrome on Windows 8 which apparently works. I'm sorry this is happening.
I use Firefox, so maybe that is the problem, but the website still gives me a "Message sent!" message after I hit the "Send Message" button.
Other possibility is some spam filter in there somewhere has somehow flagged your email host as a spam-source. I've seen that get people, either routing things into a spam folder or just stopping it from getting through altogether.
If Yahoo got flagged as a spam source, that would be a pretty major glitch.
To test this theory, I've sent another message, using my work email this time.
For anyone following at home, this is what finally worked! I don't know if the problem was that my personal email is a Yahoo account or that it has an underscore in it or what, but I'm just happy something got through and hope the underlying tech issue gets worked out.
As a test, I sent another message using Chrome as the browser a few hours ago, so in the past day I've sent one with Firefox on my home computer and one with Chrome on my work computer. I hope we figure out the tech issue soon because I'm starting to doubt myself. It's standard for me to triple check anything before clicking "send" and for these to keep missing their destination is making the normally only quietly neurotic part of my brain get distractingly loud. Not to mention that I feel awful for causing a fuss.
