A RED-ROSE CHAIN giveaway! Because summer is shorter than you think.

I have the ARCs of A Red-Rose Chain, and holy cats, this book is gorgeous. Like, so pretty. Of course, because I'm me, the distance between "look what I have look at the precious let me pet you, the precious" and "oh sweet Great Pumpkin get it out of my house" is about fifteen minutes and time to realize what I've just done to my storage space. So! Giveaway time!

Because I am broke from all that T-shirt mailing right now, and tired of spending over an hour on every visit to the post office—so both financial and mental health reasons—this first giveaway will be US only. I am sorry about that, and will try to have an international giveaway sooner than later. To enter...

1. Comment on this entry. Top-level comments only; replies to existing comments cannot win.
2. Indicate that you have a US mailing address.
3. Name your favorite Toby book.

...and that's all. Three winners will be chosen by our old friend, the random-number generator, on Tuesday, June 23rd. Winners will then have twenty-four hours to get me their contact info, via my website contact form, before their prize is forfeit.

Game on!

ETA: And we are closed.

I am US based! And my favorite Toby book is One Salt Sea, though my favorite story is Annie & her girl. I adore the luideag.
US mailing address.

Favorite Toby book, at this moment in time, is The Winter Long. First of all, I could not put it down, even when I desperately needed to go to bed. Second, there is a very particular moment in that book that had me saying, "Oh, shit!" out loud, so loudly that I woke up my wife who was sleeping all the way on the other side of the apartment, in another room, with a tapestry in the doorway between us, and her CPAP machine going. She got up and came out to the living room to see what was wrong. That moment, when everything came together - that was pure concentrated awesomesauce.
Favorite? You want a FAVORITE? You like the impossible don't you. I'm going to go with the...the last one I read, which at this time is The Winter Long. And for the next give away it'll be Red-Rose Chain. And so on. ;)

And I live in Georgia, USA.

:)
Favorite? Oh dear....

I guess if I absolutely had to pick one it would be A Local Habitation, but I usually end up reading it as a twofer with An Artificial Night? (I tend to read the books in pairs)

I am in the US!
1. My boyfriend told me to comment on this!
2. I have a US mailing address!
3. Currently, I'm feeling like /An Artificial Night/ -- although I asked my boyfriend for input and he suggested /Late Eclipses/.

Thank you so much for hosting this giveaway, I'm so excited for this book. My favorite Toby book was Chimes at Midnight
It's so difficult to pick just one, but probably One Salt Sea. I do have a US mailing address and would dearly love to read the ARC!! Thanks so much for having the giveaway!
I am in the US, and my favorite Toby book is The Winter Long.
I have a US address and my favourite Toby book is Rosemary and Rue.
I have a southern US mailing address. My favorite Toby book would have to be Ashes of Honor.
I have the requisite US mailing address, and the position of favorite book is currently being dueled over by An Artificial Night and The Winter Long. Thanks!
1. Comment!
2. I do have a US mailing address.
3. Tough choice, but probably _The Winter Long_.
I live in the US, and my favorite Toby book is always the one I have not yet read. :)
I am in the US! Hailing from Chicagoland, and I think I like An Artificial Night. We get to meet so many delightful characters there!

1: Commented.
2: i do have a US mailing addy
3: One Salt Sea. I loved the undersea fae imagery, there's a scene i want to draw.
I am indeed a resident of the USA (WA state to be more specific).

My favorite Toby book is An Artificial Night because of the Tam Lin bits. I'm a huge fan of the ballad, though not as big as tamnonlinear who runs the Tam Lin Balladry website. But I'm still a pretty big fan.
Hello! I have a US resident. (And would even meet you for tea, if you wanted. :))

My favorite Toby book is still An Artificial Night, for the Wild Hunt, for the Tam Lin references, and just because, for me, that's where it all got real and deep. Also the Luideag at the crossroads. Damn. And all the feels and how it broke my heart for the Sea Witch.

You are so generous to do this so soon after mailing all those t-shirts! I'm excited about A Red-Rose Chain and I'm sure it's as beautiful as you say.

I am a U.S. citizen living in California.

Oh sweet ash and thorn. Choosing a favorite is like choosing a favorite child. Or, since I'm a writer, choosing a favorite of my own books.

I'm going to say either Rosemary and Rue, because that's what brought me into this breathtaking series, or An Artificial Night, because I have an autographed copy. I always re-read the last few before the next book comes out, so they're all starting to blur together into one big long story.

I am in the US. Currently between permanent homes, but I do have an address.
I live in Florida.
The Winter Long is my latest favorite, until I read the next one.

All Praise to the Blessed RNG!
