What is a hardship giveaway? It's where I give away older books (not ARCs or just-released) to people who couldn't afford to buy them when they came out, and/or can't afford them now. It's an honor system: I believe that you will honor my intent, and only enter if you have a genuine need. Because T-shirt mailing is ongoing, this particular giveaway is only open to people with US addresses. I am so sorry about that, I really am, but a) I can't afford international postage (which is sort of contradictory to the whole "hardship" angle), and b) my postal workers will kill me if I add more international shipping right now.
To enter...
1) Comment on this post, indicating that you have a US address.
2) Tell me what book you are hoping to win. Anything I've written that is not listed below.
2a) Hell, feel free to list anthologies.
3) If you have a second choice, list that.
4) If you list a book which I have explicitly stated I do not have, you will be disqualified.
I cannot guarantee that I have any specific book "in stock," as it were, but I am happy to look.
Books that I can tell you for sure I do not have:
Rosemary and Rue
A Fantasy Medley 2
Ravens in the Library
Glitter and Mayhem
Books that I can guarantee I have:
Half-Off Ragnarok
Pocket Apocalypse
Indexing
The Winter Long
The Mad Scientist's Guide
Rolling in the Deep (two copies)
Indistinguishable From Magic (Cat Valente's essay collection)
I will choose ten winners on Monday, April 27th. They will have twenty-four hours to contact me to claim their prizes. This will be tightly enforced, as I leave for Orlando at the end of the week.
Shoot for the moon!

Choice #1: Half-Off Ragnarok.
Choice #2: Pocket Apocalypse.
Choice #3: The Mad Scientist's Guide.
Oh, hell, just for the sake of being thorough, and covering all possible bases:
Choice #4: Any other Incryptid books you might have.
And are you saying your postal workers are on the verge of going postal? :)

Sadly, I more than qualify, as I have a US address.
I'm not sure how you do this wonderful gifting.
I would like to read Rosemary and Rue.
We have a 'library' here at the campground, but it's a bit far right now for me to walk. I wear out. My cane doesn't provide THAT much assistance, you know? When I succeed with my therapy and can get there, I can then share a book I've read with others who love to read. There are several of us here.
Thank you for this opportunity.

I would love to own all of your books since they are stories that I would reread with enthusiasm. They are definitely books that would join the ranks of taped on covers in my bookshelf from lending out and rereading myself. Since I currently can't afford to add those books to my bookshelf thanks for letting me try my chances at winning some! I would choose Late Eclipses, One Salt Sea, or The Winter Long although any October Daye books would be loved and appreciated.
I will be shameless here and say that it's my birthday on April 27th. I will be 34 and I can prove that if needed. Yes, I know, plugging my day of birth for a contest is terrible but the books are so good that I have to throw in whatever I can to improve my chances! ;) I was happy to be lucky enough that the day of choosing happened to coincide with the day I was born.
Thank you for the worlds you show us and the characters you give us. They are amazing. Have a great night!
Hope I'm not too late
