Borderlands has a chance. Let's save the store.

For those of you who managed not to hear, there is currently a strong risk that Borderlands Books, my home store, is going to close.

But now there's a chance that we can save it.

I have already called in and signed up for a membership. If you have the funds and the desire to help save the store, I hope you can do the same.

This is a magical place, and I pray we can save it.

Turns out I was wrong and we had not mailed the check, so Saturday morning we were in the cafe before the bookstore opened, giving Allan a check. By the time the store had been open for half an hour (and I had already bought a bunch of books) several dozen people had come in to sign up.
