So lovely.

I am excited to be sharing this press release and program with some of my favorite Earth residents, like Paul Cornell (probably from a planet somewhere near Betelgeuse), Mary Robinette Kowal (voice of Toby, originally from Deep Faerie), and Michael Underwood (traveler from a parallel dimension where saddle shoes are still cool). And all those debut authors! It's super-exciting, and I can't wait to read them.

My novella, "Every Heart a Doorway, Every Word a Prayer" is basically "Wicked Girls" meets Clue, and I think you're going to really enjoy it. I'll announce the pub date as soon as I have it.

Onwards and upwards, for awesome!

Yay novella! Also, that sounds to be exactly up my alley in terms of subject matter, given how much I like stories that take place after tried-and-true stories end. (That and the politics is why I picked up Feed in the first place.)

I will still read the stories... despite the saddle shoes... (going back to falling down stairs because the lip of the sole fit exactly into the groove of the step...)

I'd been neglecting your LJ, and just stumbled across this listing on Amazon when I ordered Rolling in the Deep. I had to comb through your archives to see if you'd mentioned it, because otherwise I was going to flail at you randomly in some other post.

I thought it sounded "Wicked Girls"-inspired. I can't wait.
