But wait, there's more!
A few people asked me whether there was anything they could do to help with giveaways of this kind, because people are awesome. So. Here is my PayPal: delirium@xocolatl.com. If anyone wants to send me postage costs—roughly USD $5 per book, averaged out to include cost of envelopes and such (it's a little high for a paperback, a little low for a hardcover, so it all comes out in the wash), I will do another hardship giveaway as soon as I have $25 for postage.
ETA: Wow, no more postage costs needed! Opening the new giveaway now.

Most of them seem to be improving with the help of a little wet food to get them over the uncomfortable factor of eating dry right now. They all still need to see the vet, but it's not looking nearly as dire for 3 of them. As for the one who just came home, she wasn't eating or drinking before and the appetite helper they gave her is working and she's eating her special food, on antib's, and a couple other things and is already doing better. Now we just got to get her to drink some water when it's not mixed in with wet food, but at least it's not cancer (they found a lump in her mouth, turned out to be an inflamed lymph, thank freakin' god) and her other issues are starting to clear up. Whew. She's my snuggle baby and I missed her when she was gone overnight, so it was so nice to be able to snuggle up as we slept again last night.
Gave them all some pets in your name. :)
