When they finally come to destroy the Earth, they'll have to go through you first...

...I bet they won't be expecting that.

It's the first Inchworm Girl of 2015! I am excited! I am...already kinda tired. Well, damn.

No fixed deadline/being written/unsold:

The Best Thing
"Every Heart a Doorway, Every Word a Prayer"
"Target Practice"
"Waking Up In Vegas"
"My Last Name"
"Fiber"
"Carry Me Home"
"Pixie Season"
"These Antique Fables"
"Coming To You Live"
"Something In the Rain" (formerly "Love is the Silence Before the Shadow")
"vs. Spring Cleaning"
Echo

Again, to clarify some recent confusion: some things, especially novel-length things, may appear more than once, on both the "publication date" and "being written" lists. This is because the "being written" list is an aggregate, which also includes "no fixed deadline" (IE, being written on spec or for the website) and "unsold" (IE, being written because I can). So new books will appear there for a long time before they vanish, since books take a long time to write, but may also have pub dates listed higher up.

Look at that list. It's so shiny!

I just wanted to say thank you for posting these lists; I know you would most likely do them for yourself anyway (and probably do, with calendar reminders and such), but I for one appreciate that you share them with us.

Also I am wondering where 'Still Catch the Tide' is in the process as it has been off the list since last February (IIRC). ('Look a bunny' being a totally fine answer if it's not something you want to/can discuss.)
I can not will not do not ever ever ever discuss something that has vanished from the lists. It's not just a matter of "look a bunny": it's a matter of "once it has finished, I do not discuss where we are in the sale process, unless something has been shelved forever." That's why there's a rider on the Current Projects post saying "please don't ask." It makes me really, really uncomfortable when people do, because there is nothing I can say.
I'm so sorry for making you uncomfortable, truly.

I did check the inchworm girl post (this one) to see if there was anything about verboten questions, but I didn't think to check the current projects post.
