I'm really excited about this one. It's a story I've wanted to tell for quite some time, and it pulls no punches, which is always nice for me, since I fancy myself a horror author. Better yet, it will prepare you for what's to come. (It will also help feed my cats. As always, a major concern.)

I enjoyed this story a lot. It was brutal, which worked for me.

Was anyone else surprised there were no "George" children in this story? Or has Mira/Seanan provided explanation, if relevant?

I've been rereading the earlier Newsflesh short fiction and then coming back to "Show and Tell," but am waiting until this Wednesday for "San Diego 2014."

Mostly I got tired of people complaining about how people re-use names, and so didn't want to deal with it yet again.
