A few questions for the floor.

Apparently, I have too much free time on my hands, because I'm thinking of doing another run of Wicked Girls shirts. The last run was two years ago, and it seems like it's time. My shirt company is still in business, and while their rates have gone up slightly, they haven't gone up so much as to make things impractical. So! I have two questions.

First question, is there interest?

Second question...how do we handle international orders? I don't want to say "sorry, US and Canada only," but at the same time, recent increases in postage fees mean that shipping to anywhere else is going to be disgusting. Like, "at least ten dollars for a shirt, and fifteen for two" levels of disgusting (and even then, I'm averaging things out and will be eating some of the cost). There's not much margin on these shirts: because of the way we do them, I basically make cost + shipping materials + pizza party for the people who pack the shirts to ship. That means I can't afford to ship unless I charge what it actually costs. But I also cringe at the idea of charging what it actually costs. Fun for the whole family!

As with the last run, there will be a small surcharge for sizes 3xl and up, both because I pay more for the shirts themselves, and because they cost more to ship. I'll keep it as low as I can, again, if we do this.

So.

Do we do this?

Count me in. That is, I would very much like to participate in such an endeavor, were it to take place, at which time I would place an order. :)
Awesome.

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY er I mean how much would it cost a USizen to buy a medium shirt and what exactly would be on it?
The details will be roughly the same as they were here:

I lurv the ones I bought and would buy more 'cause awesome!
Yay!
I'm definitely interested! (one for me, and then several as Christmas and/or birthday presents for several of the wicked girls in my life). And if you are looking for helpers with packing, Hanna and I would be happy to volunteer.
We'll probably do one solid all-day packing party with people who have dealt with me in project mode before, because it is Saner That Way. :)

I would definitely buy another one. Comfiest T-shirt I've ever worn.
Brilliant.
Definitely interested!!
Yay!
Count me in!
Brilliant.
I was just thinking that mine fits wonderfully but has faded and I wish I could get another one. I'd buy one.
That's good to know.
I'd be very interested. I think it is entirely fair to charge the real cost of shipping, ghastly though it may be, not as if you can do anything about it :(
That was, sadly, my conclusion.
Speaking as someone about as far away from the US as you can get, we know about postage rates, its a fact of life. Yes the US ones are particularly steep but it literally is the price you pay.

I have to deal with it a lot on Kickstarter and some of their freight costs are unbelievably high. Trust me, an extra $10 is nothing!

I would be in for sure :) Didn't get the chance last time.
Brilliant.
Would do! Would do!
Yay!
I am interested! My other shirts are starting to develop holes from wear :(
:(
I missed out last time (through no fault of anyone but my own wallet limitations), and I will not be missing out this time, should this happen. I too am well aware of international postage (it just cost me almost $60 to send single XL t-shirts from Aus to three different addresses in the US. And you thought your shipping was extortionate) and more than happy to pay actual charges incurred by you :)
Yay!
Definitely interested - the one I still have is wearing thin, and I'd *really* love to replace the one that my ex lost at the laundromat.
Excellent.
As a UK resident I'd gladly buy one and eat the real cost of shipping, because it'd be deeply unfair to ask you to bite that.
Thank you.
In like whoa. At least two shirts for me, because I need more colours. I'm also in for paying international shipping.
Yay.
I am possibly interested (need to think about gender stuff) and UK-based; and if people were comfortable and it made a difference in shipping cost, I'd be willing to do bulk redistribution of UK shirts (a la BPAL perfume circles...)
You'd have to sort that out with them and order individually; remember, these are shirts, so it stops being a savings after about three shirts as it hits the "oh gods HUGE BOX" threshold.
Definitely.
Ta.
At least one, at most eight (I know a lot of really cool ladies). In a range of colours - black, purple, green, blue.
There are always many colors.
I love my Wicked Girls shirts, but there are few enough days where I am comfortable wearing them (too often among those who might react to 'Wicked Girl' without seeing the rest or caring of context, and whose reactions matter) that they are still in fairly good shape. I would sit this one out, even though the shirts are awesome and I love them, because too much of a good thing.
That's useful? I mostly just need to know who IS interested right now, to figure out if we can make minimum order.
In the UK and yeah, as others have said, we understand shipping costs. It's fine. Do what you need to do. I'm not sure how much just regular old ground shipping would save, if anything, but charge what you need to for shipping and we'll pay it. $10 does seem to be pretty standard from what I've seen from Kickstarter.
<3
I'd go for that.
Brilliant.
Given that I was recently charge FIFTY dollars to send a copy of Elder Scrolls Online to Thailand (mind that included customs BS) I would say definitely think twice about international. It weighed more than a shirt, but it's still a pretty asinine amount.
It's sort of "damned if you do, damned if you don't." If I don't allow international at all, I hurt a lot of people. If I do allow it, they have to pay a lot extra.
I'll join in happily.
Yay!
