When I made that comment, I had just spent about twenty minutes using very basic internet diagnostic techniques (notably "tracert" and "ping") to try to figure out why I couldn't connect to your website. The connection bounced normally from one server to another to another, but stopped working after it left the NYC area. I just tried it again, and it's working, but very slowly. I'm not a network engineer, so I'll just blame it on Comcast - it probably really is their fault anyway :-(
