More of the winners have been chosen!

The RNG (and other sillinesses) has spoken, and the winners are...

On the sixth day of Hogswatch, the RNG gave to boobook_owl copies of Discount Armageddon and Midnight Blue-Light Special.

On the seventh day of Hogswatch, the RNG gave to antinomic the German editions of Deadline and Blackout.

On the eighth day of Hogswatch, the RNG gave to Art of Cheatery a copy of When Will You Rise.

On the ninth day of Hogswatch, the RNG gave to mearn4d10 a copy of Deadline.

On the tenth day of Hogswatch, the RNG gave to drpaisley a copy of Blackout.

If your name appears above, please proceed to my website contact form and send me your mailing address. I must receive this information within the next twenty-four hours. If I do not, a new winner or winners will be chosen.

There are two more drawings to come! Happy Hogswatch, everyone!

Fixed. It's weird that it doesn't show up with the appropriate HTML tag.

I went spelunking in LJ's support docs, and it turns out that there's a particular syntax involved that isn't entirely obvious unless you know what to look for; the following is therefore posted for the general enlightenment of the gallery.

Here's the trick: Anyone posting under an ID from Elsewhere (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) gets what LJ calls an "identity account", which has a user ID of the form "ext_######", where the #####" represents a unique number. (A quick glance around shows that the number of digits isn't fixed.) You can see that user ID by hovering your mouse over the external service's ID icon -- that is, the little Twitter or Facebook symbol -- next to the user name in the comment header. (For example, when I do this with Cassandra's comment above, I get a user profile box with the ID ext_2346359.)

So if I plug that number into the relevant space of the LJ user link, it should get me a link to Cassandra's Facebook account, just like the one in the comment header. Let's see: Cassandra Brulotte.

And it works! (Backtracking to the 8th-day giveaway post, we get ext_979651 for the proper "identity account" number, which would give this as the link to the winner's Twitterpage: artofcheatery)
