So it's no secret that I love the covers DAW gives me, and that showing them off is one of my true pure joys in life. Chris McGrath has been designing Toby covers for seven books now, and he's amazing. Like, seriously amazing. Want proof?

Actually she is duel wielding.
I seem to remember her having a matched pair of knives one silver one iron, or something like that.

thank you, I kept trying to figure out what was in her other hand, and could only make out the dark handle, so I couldn't figure out if it was a flashlight, or an oddly-shaped bell (chimes?), or some object we'd find out about when we read the tale, or what.

Huh. Didn't she have to stop carrying the iron one after her mother tipped her over to being more fae?

That doesn't prevent her from finding a replacement knife in silver.

While it doesn't offer her the advantage of cold iron damage, just making her opponents keep track of two knives may be useful enough to continue carrying two knives.
