Begging and pleading.

So it's the holidays; I have multiple books due, and I'm blocking out my time for 2013 in regards to conventions, short story commitments, and taking time to breathe; my cats still need to be snuggled occasionally so that they'll keep letting me get out of bed. So I am offering this fervent plea to the universe:

Please, please, before you ask me questions, either here or via my website contact form, go to my website (www.seananmcguire.com) and check the Bibliography and/or FAQ pages.

Need to know when something is being published, if something is being published in the next few months, or whether something has already been published? There's a Bibliography for that (http://seananmcguire.com/other.php). It's updated with works up for four months out.

Have a question about a possible typo or error, or where I'm going to be, or who Jane is in "Wicked Girls"? There are multiple FAQs, specializing in different types of question. Please check to see whether I have already provided an answer before asking.

I love talking to people, I love answering comments, but when I've already answered the same question thirty times, I just get frustrated and tired.

Please.

I had a month of crazy since I last saw You, I hope my poof-ing didn't give an appearance of being unhappy with You.

You are Wonderful and I, at least, adore You. Thank You for being You, and for allowing me to be Your friend. I hope You have a fabulous end-of-year-holiday-season, and if there's ever anything I can do for you to make Your life flow more smoothly please don't hesitate to ask.

*Love*

I had absolutely no fears! Happy holidays, my friend, and may you and yours all stay warm through these incredibly chilly nights.
I wish I were independently wealth so I could come be your assistant.
That would be amazing.
I agree. If I get left an inheritance I'll let you know.
who Jane is in "Wicked Girls"

I was quite sure Jane was Wendy's daughter. It made perfect sense: she, too, flew away with Peter Pan, only to return.
No, it's actually Jane Banks, from the Mary Poppins stories. It's in the FAQs and everything!
Yes, I looked it up in the FAQ when I read your post. I commented because I was surprised to find a different Jane than I had expected.

I should have made that clear in my comment. You shouldn't have to answer the same question thirty-one times.
I tend to rely on Amazon to inform when you have something new published. Their algorithm has clued in to my tendency to buy one (or often more than one) of each book your put out.

I also have a bot set up to give me an automatic notice when you update your website.

I will resist the temptation to make up some kind of inane and/or surreal question just to be sure that you hadn't answered it 30 times before, as I feel that would be missing the point. May your cats continue to let you out of bed.
Thank you, darlin'.
I apologize for having asked one of those questions. I had tried to find the information without sucess. When I asked it, the subterranean website did not have any publication information for rat catcher beyond saying preorder and your website said december 2012. the subterranean one now has updated information.
It's really okay. I just...if it's on the website, it's the most up-to-date info I have, and I'm so outnumbered, and so tired. :(
