FEED is on sale! Happy Halloween!

The ebook of Feed is on sale for the next two weeks: $1.99 from any major retailer. Orbit says this is to celebrate their fifth anniversary, but I know what it's really about: it's to celebrate HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I mean, this is like, the best trick-or-treat prize anyone could possibly ask for. "What'd you get?" "Candy corn. You?" "Feed, by Mira Grant." WIN! And also, if you buy it while it's cheap, you can afford more actual candy for the holiest of days, Halloween.

Tell your friends, warn your neighbors, and acquire Feed while it's cheap.

(Yes, this is more blatantly "buy my book" than I tend to be, but c'mon, two bucks? That's like, less than an Egg McMuffin. I want to see us crack the Kindle Top 100 with a book that's been out for over two years, because it would be funny, and I'm perverse like that.)

Happy Halloween!

Wow. I almost want to buy it again, just because that's an amazing sale. That sounds sarcastic BUT IT'S NOT. It's really an amazing sale!
I know, right?

I have to admit I prefer print books. I'm going to track down the paperback later this week.

Just finished Ashes of Honor yesterday. VERY good read. *thumbs up*
I prefer print books, too. But this is an epic sale, so I'm pleased.

Yay!

Oh, it's already been boughten. (This will make it easier to always have it with me so I can laugh at Mark!)
Yay!
Purchased. Because I don't want you to be eaten by your cats ;-)
Yay!
I didn't have it on ebook yet, so I bought a copy. I love ebook sales!
They are the best thing.

Advertised on FB so more people can witness your genius.
Yay!
I already owned the ebook, but at that price, couldn't resist gifting it to a few friends as well!
Best plan is best.
Sent the link to ALL THE FRIENDS!!!! with ereaders. At least three have responded that they snapped it up, since the waiting list at their library is so long. Oh darn. :-D

Sending gift ebooks to far away friends for an early trick-or-treat (it just LOOKS like a treat, but it is really a trick, because now they'll have to buy the rest. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAaa!)
That's awesome.
*sob!* I can't! I already bought it two months ago!
Aw. :(

But thank you for buying a copy!

Ooh, I should try and convince my mother to read it again. I offered to lend her my paperback copy, but she's been busy, but I know that she reads ebooks way more than paper books now, so this sale might be good chance to convince her!
Yay!
User bookblather referenced to your post from Heeeeey, friends... saying: [...] ? Do you have two bucks? Mira Grant's e-book Feed is on sale for $1.99 from any major retailer. [...]
Target acquired. Think of it as my way of contributing to the candy dish...

The candy dish thanks you.
Aquired. With money left for cheese and cake.
VICTORY.
Oh good! So more people can feel personally victimized by the ending.

(seriously did not sleep for a week after I mainlined the series in three days) (I blame SpectralBovine, as is my right.)
Hee.
And I posted to FB with the link, "As I that I like this author's fantasy works, I figured I'd give horror a try. I'm not a big horror fan, but hey, at this price, why not? It's a freakin' buck ninety-nine!"
I happen to be a big fan of both horror and fantasy, but not zombies usually, and I actually like Feed even better than the October Daye books.

Challenge accepted!
It's cracked the top 1,000 already...

(Yeah, I normally don't buy ebooks when I have the physbook, but the sale, and the challenge... I'll add my two bucks to the kitty!)

Amusing factoid: I searched Amazon on "Feed Mira Grant." Okay, it should probably be "Feed Seanan's Cats," but hey... O;>

Just added my $1.99 to the pool.
Victory.
Well, since I love your work as you, for that price I'll now have to check out Mira! And just for your love of pumpkins and all things fall/Halloween... http://now.msn.com/pumpkin-porn-photo-gallery-shows-off-pumpkin-varieties The title just made me laugh. :)
AWESOME.
Hooray! Purchased! I would love to see this in the Kindle Top 100 too. :)
Wouldn't that be cool?
Thanks for the heads up! I have a print copy of the book, but since that's what I was reading when we picked up a stray kitten with secret ringworm, I've been too scared to touch it since then. I'm excited that I can finally finish reading it.
Eep. Yes. Virtual copy, good.
Given that I just recommended your books on my LJ, this is excellent timing! XD

*runs off and posts an update about the sale*
Yay!
Because I am in Australia, the sale does not appear to apply to me (iBooks lists it at $11.99, Amazon at $12.99... Yes, I checked both even though I own the paperback already, I am obsessive like that). But, through checking for Feed, I discovered that I can finally get my hands on the Orbit Short Fiction stories.

I'm going to leave off buying Countdown and Apocalypse Scenario for now, since I have When Will You Rise? on order, but yay! California Browncoats for me, finally!
I'm sorry. :(

514 in paid Kindle when I bought it! This is awesome, because Deadline and Blackout are on my shelf, but Feed is innabox.

That's fab.
