So I'm trying to get ready for Worldcon, and that means doing all the accounting, ever, to make sure that I'm not missing something massively important. Have an inchworm post.

They've arrived, they're in big-ass cardboard boxes awaiting sorting, and a shipping party is being planned. The boxes are unopened to avoid CATHAIRAPALOOZA.

No. That was a NIGHTMARE last time. Half my suitcase was shirts, and I couldn't find half the people who'd said they'd collect. We're shipping in a much more organized fashion, which means everyone should get shirts at roughly the same time; we just need the mailers to arrive, and to be able to open the boxes of shirts in the cat-hair-free environment of the shipping party.
