Ask me anything: Toby's world Q&A.

Since I have a book coming out in fifteen days, I figure it's time to once again offer to answer your questions about the world. So...

I will make five blog posts detailing aspects of Toby's universe. Ask me anything! I will not answer every question, but will select the five that I think are the most interesting/fun/relevant, and will detail them to my heart's content. There's a lot to learn and know, and asking loses you nothing.

Leave your questions on this post. I'm declaring comment-reply amnesty for any that I choose not to answer this time, since otherwise, my wee head may explode.

Game on!

ETA: Things covered last two times we did this: inheritance, fosterage, madness, historical records, Cait Sidhe court structure, the Changeling's Choice, locational biology, where fae races come from, shapeshifters, and merlins.

Question (sorry I asked this on the wrong page, it was my first post)

How do the fae remain hidden from the human world from cameras recording devices, and satellites? It only takes one mistake.

Answered.
Is there any sort of place or building that serves the purpose of a jail/prison in faery like there is in the human world?
Most nobles have dungeons. There's no real central "jail."
I'd be interested in a summary post of everything we should know so far about fetches. Thanks for doing this!
If it is present in the books, I am not interested in using up an answer address it.
That makes sense. Plus there was a pretty good summary in AOH.
What are the practicalities of fae who engage in human lives? I know that's a really general question, but I mean... Toby comes out of the pond, and needs ID and such again, and it's mentioned that she gets help setting her life back up. We've met fae who are college staff and students, and ones who ran businesses out in the human world (deliberate vagueness is deliberate). So... what are the practical details of being fae and living in the human world? Is there some fae equivalent of Barry from Burn Notice sitting around, helping launder money and directing people to those who can make up birth certificates? (That would be a terribly fun character to meet).

I am still mid-series reading, so if this is answered in One Salt Sea or later, then, spiffy. :)
It hasn't been answered yet, but it will be (except in the places where it was implied about Toby).
With the "we're never doing this again" note on the post. I'm going to ask a few with the hopes that one is worth the conversation.

1. Who/what is the Puck? Its referenced in several of the books.
2. Prior to their disappearance, what was the relationship like between Titania/Maeve? Unease co-existence? Or were they all one big happy triad at one point?
3. (A reiteration of the GGP question from earlier). Why is Golden Gate Park's governance not affiliated with the Queen of the Kingdom of the Mists?
4. What specifically is a Road (Tidal Road, Rose Road, Shadow Road etc) and what's their nature/how do they work?

Thanks!
1. Spoilers!
2. Spoilers!
3. Spoilers!
4. Toby doesn't know, and so I can't tell you.
