It may sound silly, but it was made pretty clear in the original post that if you didn't give your location, you couldn't win. I can't break the rules just because I know where one person lives. It's not fair to those that I don't know.

Don't fret - I so very much agree with you and remember the rules you posted. It's just that if I suffered from a brain fart and -somehow- didn't put region on the email, I'd feel like 3 kinds of idiot. It would all be -my- failure and not -yours-.
