Thomas says that it's time for an open thread, because I have used up all of my erudite and coherent, and have been staring at my screen, not actually doing anything, for hours. This time would be better spent petting the cat, ergo, it needs to stop. So here is a picture of Thomas cuddling his beloved plush Perry the Platypus to get you started. Nothing starts a conversation like a Maine Coon hugging a secret animal agent.
But anyway. Open thread! Say anything! Woo! Thomas says so.
Comment amnesty is on for this post, but I will be reading, and may reply anyway, because I'm wacky like that.
I was about to say "yes", then I realized the one I saw was Malibu Beach Shark Attack and it wasn't last week. But it had goblin sharks and sharks getting killed with chainsaws, so it's all good.
This one was Albino sharks meet The Jersey Shore with bonus Joey Fatone being the RL Celeb getting eaten by a shark. It was so bad it was hilarious. But then again, so are most of the original movies on the Sci-Fi channel. I really love that they theme their weekend movies.
Next Saturday is Spiders-including their new movie Arachnoquake starring Tracey Gold and Edward Furlong. (of Growing Pains and Terminator fame respectively) It is about an earthquake that unleashes monstrous spiders on New Orleans. I can't wait-even though I am deathly afraid of spiders. Hahaha.
I love Syfy's weekend movies. They pretty much design them to be schlocky fun. Though I like them best when they're not painfully stupid, just very very silly.
