Yesterday, io9 published an excerpt of Blackout, the final book in the Newsflesh trilogy. Today, an intrepid Newsie hacked into the CDC computer system and liberated another file. For this one, though, you'll have to do a little digging...

Commenting :D I would so utterly love to win a copy ^^ This is one book I'd love to review on http://sentientonline.net/ but wouldn't be able to buy until a few months after release :( Reviewing books right as they come out makes me feel much better for the cause of spreading the awesome.

I'm curious about the release date. When I placed my order at Barnes and Noble a few days ago they said they will not have it until the 1st of June and when I checked with Amazon they also had the 1st of June. Did the date get moved up?

Commenting, I could always use a lending-copy. (biggest issue I have with ebooks is that I have to buy extra of books I want to lend; but I don't mind too much, since the books I want to lend are from authors I'm happy to give extra money to.)

Thanks for the fun puzzle, and the additional excerpt. Oh, I think I'm going to like this. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit worried after Deadline. Being in Shaun's head (figuratively speaking) was a real downer for me.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, the EIS being in there made me smile. I have a weird soft spot for the real life EIS ever since I read a book about them a while ago.
