To celebrate the release of Discount Armageddon, here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

Also, my husband read the book during his work travels, and he loves it. He thinks the Aeslin mice are among the greatest animal characters ever invented, and he finds your entire cryptzoology concept fascinating, especially how you have completely invented, imagined, and shaped entire species just with your brain. Serious kudos.

(Also, when I handed him the book, I begged him to take care of it and to keep it as pristine as possible, and I even offered him a Ziploc bag in which to carry it. He brought it back in perfect condition.)
