DISCOUNT ARMAGEDDON open thread!

To celebrate the release of Discount Armageddon, here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

I am from the home of the Jackalope (don't believe me? do a search on Douglas, Wyoming) and I cannot tell you how loud my delight was to read their little mention on page 189, but I will say that it is a good thing I live alone because I would have woken the house. You have made me a very happy WyomingGirl.

And jackalopes do have some small basis in reality. Rabbits infected with the Shope pappiloma virus can suffer from warty growths that resemble horns, antlers, or tusks. The study of jackalopes laid part of the groundwork that led to HPV vaccines.
