DISCOUNT ARMAGEDDON open thread!

To celebrate the release of Discount Armageddon, here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

I haven't picked up the book yet (being unemployed has forced me to cut back on my addiction), but I like that the cover art doesn't feature an ass shot where she's looking over her shoulder while she's wearing a pair of low rider tight leather pants that show her tramp stamp, and she's not holding a sword either.

I could have probably found a more awkward way to put that, but it's late, and I'm tired, and I'm only so capable of bad word smithing that much.

On a totally different topic, you might enjoy Mark Lanegan's latest, The Gravedigger's Song. If you sign up for the band's mailing list you can get a free copy of the song.

Yeah, Seanan's really pleased with the cover too. I feel like she has totally won the cover artist lottery. All the series cover artists actually READ the books! :D
