DISCOUNT ARMAGEDDON open thread!

To celebrate the release of Discount Armageddon, here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

I crawled out of bed at the unheard-of hour of 8:15am Tuesday morning to go to the bookstore so I'd have time to read the whole book before work. And I did, and it was good, and I was so so *so* out of it all day and babbling at people about religious mice and monster-hunting waitresses. Fortunately my customers are used to me.

I picked up an ebook copy tonight so I can mark it up. Makes it easier to find things. But I have 2 paper copies tallied against the first week sales, so I don't have to feel bad about that.

In my opinion, you don't have to feel bad about e-books at all. Their only down side is they don't count toward bestseller lists, but since you've already bought paper you've contributed to that too.

I have to admit when I was working on the Aeslin mice song, and searching for the mentions of them in the text, I was wishing for an e-book. I just can't afford to buy two copies right now.
