Sorry, I never saw your post, so a thousand humble apologies, and thankyou for poking me with a stick. Have sent you an email via your website. I went back and found your post, it was the day after I started back to work after 3 weeks holiday, but my brain still hadn't made the transition.

As promised I will pimp that book to all my reading pals and possibly my swingdancing pals as well :)
