You and your arithmetic will probably go far.

So I leave for Disney World Friday morning at WHY GOD WHY o'clock, with my mother and my youngest sister in tow. Thank the stars we're flying Virgin America Main Cabin Select, which means I'll be able to climb onto the plane and lose consciousness before we even leave the tarmac. It may be the only thing that saves the lives of all those people in Orlando.

My mother and sister are so excited I'm not sure they're breathing anymore. I think they may be existing on pure anticipation. Which is a pretty neat trick, if you can pull it off. I can't. I still require food, and caffeine, and naps. Beautiful naps.

You can live off anticipation, but it's wicked distracting. More energizing than caffeine, though.

Josh and I are visiting his family in downeast Maine for Christmas. He set up plans to have us driving all over creation, and sleeping in a basement for two days. :/

I almost killed him.

Well, I don't know why that should bug me - I certainly have my dance called filled out that far ahead. And does it involve travel? It involves the 405 past LAX every single day! (That ain't travel, I don't know what qualifies. Actually getting inside a plane, past the TSA? Less work.)

Wishing you many Figments (hope?) - platypus stuffies - nummy snacks - random breaking out into song...and like that. In short, a most *excellent* vacation.
