To celebrate the release of One Salt Sea, here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

Cephalopod faeries~ and whale ones!

And Raj and Quentin hanging out together. They are my favourites, I think.

I know right! <3 <3 <3 I attempted to draw Anceline as soon as I read the book the first time. (I was at a con at the time. Googling for reference images of orca on my phone was kind of hilarious.)

I loved that something that big could do a "look elsewhere" spell, and have fun by the seashore :-)

Still hoping for the zombie whaled in the Grant books. But whale fae was cool.

We don't know for sure. Neither of them has ever given a birthdate. Toby assumes are sixteen/seventeen for both of them.
