The Best Song Category alone contains representatives from four nations (America, Canada, England, and Germany), and so many of my favorite people are on this ballot that it boggles the mind. It's like a big delicious biscuit of amazing, and I am overjoyed and honored to be on it. (Also, "Wicked Girls" is up against two of my favorite songs, "Paper Worlds" and "Joan." It's a good year to be a filker.)

The Pegasus homepage has all the song samples and lyrics you could need to educate yourself on some totally amazing music, and some totally amazing people. Check it out for fantastic!

Seanan, you're the one who got me into Talis's music and now I have to choose between you? It's not fair! I may seriously have to let Lady Luck decide this one for me or vote twice under different email addresses.

I'm heading for the awesome SF&F bookshop after work to order One Salt Sea, though, and when I was at my local library last week I saw Rosemary and Rue, looking well-read, on the shelf, so I had a little squee to myself.
Choices are hard. This whole ballot has no easy choices. (Well, except for Best Performer, for me; I'm dating one of the nominees, and she's amazing.)
That does make it a lot easier to choose!
