Once I heard that Toby was going to start dating, I wanted her to get together with Tybalt <3
....and whilst I wish it, it seems unlikely.
I think that in One Salt Sea Toby and Connor will end up in his old kingdom and they will have a few steamy moments. At the end Connor will be torn as to wether to stay or go. Toby, not wanting to be the reason that he's away from his family, will tell him to stay even though it tears her apart.
