And now...pictures.
This is Thomas, right after I brought him home from Seattle. So he was about four months old, full of curiosity and twitching. Such a sweet boy.
Thomas promptly began to fit into our lovely Halloween world, displaying a good eye for lighting, and a fondness for orange things. He's about six months old here.
Long cat...is very, very long. Seven months old, and having the first of the really major, disturbing, "weren't you smaller when I left for work this morning?" growth spurts.
This picture was taken yesterday. That tree is sized to full-grown, large cats. Note how much of it Thomas fills. I live with the Yeti.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.

And a fortunate day to be born, too (I am biased; my favorite aunt's son was born a year ago today too. It was clearly a day for happy arrivals.)
Happy birthday to Thomas! Such a handsome fellow. :)

I <3 your cats. And my cats and cats in general. Yours are a joy to hear about and see pictures of. Especially the bath stories, those are pretty awesome.
Thanks for taking the time to post photos! *recently spent 2-3 hours attempting to post a photo-blog*
How do you have room to sleep on your bed? (Assuming they sleep with you. One of mine does, and she's an average-sized cat and still takes up more than half the bed at times--a FULL sized bed, mind you. I suspect I'd have a harder time sleeping if they went to school with me and shared my twin-sized bed. Likely I'd be on the floor.)

I'd probably have given them a slightly more prominent shelf at least (or a box in the back of the cupboard depending on how I felt about them).
*squints harder* Ok, alphabetization almost justifies it. One of these days I'll have enough shelves I won't have to double-stack PBs and I can do that too. :-P

He's a year an a few months and already gaining on my 38 pound half wild cat. I still say Hexx, the 38 ponder, is above amplification safety levels. And he already wants to eat any stranger he sees.)
Happy bday Thomas. You haz many fans!

Pretty! When I brought my Maine Coon home at 6 months old she was already as big as any other cat I'd ever had
and keeps getting bigger - she's 15 months old now
