To celebrate the release of Deadline [Amazon]|[Mysterious Galaxy], here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

Seriously. If anyone comments here at all, THERE WILL BE SPOILERS. So please don't read and then yell at me because you encountered spoilers. You were warned.

You can also start a book discussion at my website forums, with less need to be concerned that I will see everything you say! In case you wanted, you know, discussion free of authorial influence. I will probably answer a great many comments. I may not answer all of them.

Yes, he certainly seems to be.

Of course, having found (well, Dale found it and marked it for me) that quote, I just found "Play nice with my Newsies or I swear I'm going to make you sorry, said George flatly."

I need to find my copy of Feed and go through and start marking quotes the way I do with the John Taylor books. (I have recently developed an admiration for Simon R. Green's John Taylor. I suspect he and Shaun would probably get along pretty well. They both poke things with sticks.)
