DEADLINE open thread. Have a party.

To celebrate the release of Deadline [Amazon]|[Mysterious Galaxy], here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

Seriously. If anyone comments here at all, THERE WILL BE SPOILERS. So please don't read and then yell at me because you encountered spoilers. You were warned.

You can also start a book discussion at my website forums, with less need to be concerned that I will see everything you say! In case you wanted, you know, discussion free of authorial influence. I will probably answer a great many comments. I may not answer all of them.

FYI - Amazon has a "look inside" for when you're shopping books.
Their look inside for Deadline includes a little less than whats given after the end of Feed, and also the beginning pages of book 3.
Yeah. It has George.
It's spoiling peeps before purchase. If it were me, I'd see if I could get that changed.
Either way, the book was great! Thanks!

I saw this when posting my followup below, and popped over to Amazon, where I saw it was still an issue. (It's showing more of Blackout than it is of Deadline, I think, content-wise!)

I hit the 'feedback' at the top and submitted a complaint, and got a quick (less than half hour) reply that the person had reduced the viewable percent and that should take care of it. I've replied to them that either it's not live on the site yet, or otherwise didn't take care of it...because sadly, it's STILL showing large chunks of Blackout.

Sigh. Hopefully they'll get it straightened out.

And, looks like it's no longer showing those end pages, just the start of the book.
