Her powers don't work that way. Toby can only change what's already there, not introduce new things.

I'm pretty fond of the phrases "Look! A distraction!" and "Look! Nothing in particular!" for situations like this. A friend of mine will randomly interject the word "Ponies" in a total deadpan.
