We are who we are, we love who we love. Goodnight, world.

This is a rare thing which I am sharing with you; a moment of peace and tranquility the likes of which happens only for a few seconds at a time, and even then, only when the moon is right, and the tide is low, and the world holds its breath.

Behold:

That's Alice closest to camera, with Thomas in the middle, and Lilly on the end. As is always the case with me, the picture is a few weeks old at this point; Thomas is almost twice as big now as he was when this picture was taken (I think shortly after Arisia).

I hope that all is well in your world, and that something makes you as happy as these three balls of vicious blue fluff make me.

Awww! Lookit all that floof!

The only reason Josh and I have a king-sized bed is to allow room for the cats. And they STILL manage to crowd us. If I wake up in the middle of the night, it's because I'm pinned between two cats, and have cramped up in the position they put me in.
I really need a bigger bed.
you know. preston and i discussed getting a king-sized bed next time. but we decided miss kitty would still think of it as all her own space ...
She doesn't already?
oh she already owns the queen-sized bed. we were just saying it'd get worse if we got a king-sized. ;)
Yeah. Mine managed to surprise me with how much space they could take up after we upgraded. I knew they could stretch out, but yikes.
miss kitty likes to sleep perpendicular to me ... :eye roll: and she's a BIG girl.
Heh. Risu likes to get between me and Josh, and slowly expand until he and I are on either edge of the mattress. Initially, with the new bed, she was a bit miffed there was so much space in the middle already; she had to expand just to touch both of us. But she figured it out.
LMAO

cats are 99% rubber
If you have the room, I recommend a jump to the California King. Cats will expand to fit their container, so any upgrade will just result in their taking up more of it. Might as well give them the equivalent of a double bed of their own.
Right now, I don't have any room at all. Any bed upgrades will have to come after the move to Seattle.
You're moving to Seattle? When?
Answer hazy. Try again later.
Ah. Well, if it's something you want, I hope it happens soon, then.

There's never really a GOOD time for moves across state lines, but I hope the timing lines up well, at least.
I suggest just dispensing with the pillows and resting your head on the pile of cats.
