Actually...no.

I totally believe in bisexuality, being bisexual myself (and with a bisexual girlfriend), but I'm tired of the way bisexuals in fantasy always wind up with the opposite gender in the end. I know Toby's long-term relationship changes, and I'm not willing to have her be yet another bisexual woman who really wants a man.

There is no need, whatsoever, for guilt. Real people get to be whoever they want to be, and love whomever they love. Fictional people have to be a little less organic in some ways.

Humanity rarely does. Especially when it comes to relationships.

Oh, I hear you. I'm bisexual and poly - and living with two men. I'd like another girlfriend in my life, it's been some time - but well, I'm a shy introvert and I'm no good at meeting women. Geek guys I know how to talk to. Love my guys so so much, very lucky woman, but sometimes a bit abashed on that front, yes.

Interesting. I'm also bi, but totally monogamous, and blissfully married to my husband. I periodically feel bad about this since it means a number of folks I interact with frequently don't know. I think that it really shouldn't be that important, and we should all just love who we love, but I recognize that as rather Pollyanna-ish
