To celebrate the release of Late Eclipses [Amazon]|[Mysterious Galaxy], here. Have an open thread to discuss the book.

Oh, I highly recommend that; it's worth doing!

I love books that play with the idea of the unreliable narrator. It's easy for us to forget that all we are hearing is what Toby knows. It's so delicious when I get that "wait wait wait WHAT" moment when I realize I've totally fallen into the trap of believing what I'm (what Toby's) told.

I fully intend to, but I'd like to have Late Eclipses back in my house before I do so so that I can reread all four. And alas, I offered Late Eclipses to a friend of mine, who squeed and ran off with it. So... :)

I love the unreliable narrator too, it's a lot of fun. :)
