I hope you had a wonderful Thursday, whether you're in the United States and celebrated with turkey, or are elsewhere in the world, and celebrated by ending your work week. As a reward from me to all of you for surviving the majority of November, I give you a Saturday morning dose of adorable: Alice and Thomas, all snuggled up and being puffy as hell. I love my kitties all the more because they integrated so smoothly, meaning I've been able to sleep (when they let me use the bed).
That's Alice in the background and Thomas in the front. He's only eighteen weeks old in this picture. My boycat is eventually going to eat Rhode Island.
On the positive side you will be able to saddle him and ride him to work if the transit workers ever go on strike.
Imagine the sheer awesomeness of padding to work on your very own Maine Coon!
...who, being a Maine Coon and thus a cat, will probably not be a very effective source of transportation given cat-like distractability, need to nap in a sunbeam, need to chase things, and need to prove that He's His Own Boss, which means he will eventually get you to work but may require a fifteen minute detour and at least two cat-baths first.
The paws... the snuggle! I want to smoosh them both up and take a nap with them but a) they'd kill me, and b) I'd probably stop breathing. Life is so not fair sometimes.
Echoing... Alice is responding to antibiotics, etc.?
I'm glad Alice is feeling better, and that Thomas gets along with your girls. Maine Coons are good about being friendly. (One of the reasons I love them so!)
Oh, and that they integrated smoothly? Means that they each form a continuous function, meaning that the combination is a continuum. It is therefore not a coincidence that 'Alice' sounds like Aleph, and the combination is therefore Beth (in your universe known as Betsy). Probably not sub zero, though, because they are warm and therefore describe an exothermic universe.

Happy to see that Alice is feeling better. {Even if she is asleep. So cute!}
