Saturday morning. Have a dose of "awwwwwwwww..."

I hope you had a wonderful Thursday, whether you're in the United States and celebrated with turkey, or are elsewhere in the world, and celebrated by ending your work week. As a reward from me to all of you for surviving the majority of November, I give you a Saturday morning dose of adorable: Alice and Thomas, all snuggled up and being puffy as hell. I love my kitties all the more because they integrated so smoothly, meaning I've been able to sleep (when they let me use the bed).

That's Alice in the background and Thomas in the front. He's only eighteen weeks old in this picture. My boycat is eventually going to eat Rhode Island.

Have a great weekend!

This does not help me because I am at work, and even our office cat is wanting to make with the sleepy snuggly. And I can't lie down too! Darn it. :D
I'm sorry!

Rhode Island should sauce itself willingly in anticipation.
I agree.
On the positive side you will be able to saddle him and ride him to work if the transit workers ever go on strike.

Imagine the sheer awesomeness of padding to work on your very own Maine Coon!

...who, being a Maine Coon and thus a cat, will probably not be a very effective source of transportation given cat-like distractability, need to nap in a sunbeam, need to chase things, and need to prove that He's His Own Boss, which means he will eventually get you to work but may require a fifteen minute detour and at least two cat-baths first.
Yeah, I'll be getting to work really, really late if it ever comes to this.
IZ DED OV KEWT!
*buries you*
Presumably Alice is doing ok?
She's recovering, but this picture is from before she actually got medical treatment.
You are going to kill people with cute.
That's the goal!

Thomas is huge. Alice looks none the worse for wear, which pleases me.

So much blue kitty!
This picture is from before her illness. I will not post more recent pictures. They would not be pleasing.

omfg ded of adorable.
<3
Hee.
He's going to be a beast of a cat when he's an adult. Oh, Maine Coons.
He really is. IMMENSE.
The paws... the snuggle! I want to smoosh them both up and take a nap with them but a) they'd kill me, and b) I'd probably stop breathing. Life is so not fair sometimes.

Echoing... Alice is responding to antibiotics, etc.?
Alice is definitely on the mend, although I am continuing to monitor her pretty much constantly.

They have "adorable" down.

Yay!
GINORMOUS KITTIES. *cuddles them both* *with difficulty*
Yeah, not the easiest maneuver.
omg he's HUGE!
Yup!

Yay!
Aww! How big is Thomas compared to the two girls? And is Alice doing okay?
He's about Lilly-sized, but only half her mass. Alice is recovering.

FLUFF!!!! Yay! So soft, so cuddly...until they decide otherwise. :D

Happy to see that Alice is feeling better. {Even if she is asleep. So cute!}
This picture was actually taken before she got really ill.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and the cats that ate Cinncinnati!
The cats say "nom."
Aww! Cuteness overload! When our housemate with cats eventually moves out, I think we're going to have to get a Maine Coon.
Good call.
I'm glad Alice is feeling better, and that Thomas gets along with your girls. Maine Coons are good about being friendly. (One of the reasons I love them so!)
Yeah, they are definitely good-natured cats.
Oh, and that they integrated smoothly? Means that they each form a continuous function, meaning that the combination is a continuum. It is therefore not a coincidence that 'Alice' sounds like Aleph, and the combination is therefore Beth (in your universe known as Betsy). Probably not sub zero, though, because they are warm and therefore describe an exothermic universe.

(Spot the somewhat inebriated ex-mathematician who has been spending way too much time recently with Cambridge physics students...)
You're adorable when you're a giant nerd.
In my best Mr. Food voice: Ooh it's so cute!
Hee!
Already fluffy! Yeti didn’t fluff out until about six months.

Magnificent ear tufts there.
He's definitely an over-achiever in the fluff department.
