How are platypi effected by the zombie virus in Feed?

Probably not at all, since they only get to be about 5 pounds according to wikipedia

They aren't. Too small.

They're still mammals.

Now, naked mole rats, which are cold blooded, might be affected differently.

I thought that since they laid eggs they'd have some sort of maybe differences because birds aren't effected either (yet...?)

They are cold blooded? I never knew that! Too bad they aren't big enough.

Though, I suppose it might be possible to breed them larger, like you can breed animals smaller, right?
